Spiritual leadership is comprised of men and women prayerfully chosen by the Senior Pastor to conduct service in the church and attend to the spiritual needs of the pastor and congregation.

These God-led leaders are trained to support protect and guide the Church leaded leaders in all church services and processes. They serve as a shield and guide for the pastor and ministers.
